We accept returns or exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief explanation of the problem. Once reviewed, we’ll guide you through the return or replacement process.
All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions. Please do not send products back without first contacting our support team, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, personal dislike, or incorrect usage. All sales are considered final unless the product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
If your return is approved, a replacement or refund will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
Shipping costs for returned items are typically the buyer’s responsibility unless the issue was caused by an error on our part (e.g., damaged or wrong item). In that case, we will cover the return shipping cost.
